The new amendments on Tax laws in 2018
Do you know that as per the VAT Act (Amended 2018) if you supply goods or services to a designated VAT withholding agent, and the value of supply is above UGX37.5m, the 18% VAT charged on the invoice will not be paid to you but rather paid directly to URA on your behalf?
