Ojangole Valentine is the Audit Partner at Abacus Associates, a managing Partner of the firm, a member of Institute of Certified public accountants of Uganda and a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK. 
He has over eight years audit experience, all gained at Abacus Associates. He is responsible for the delivery of audit, tax and advisory services for the firm.Valentine has worked on various multi-national and local assignments in various countries within the East African region covering Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. 

Valentine has extensive experience of audits, accounting and special assignments for a wide range of SME, corporate, parastatals, bank and insurance industry clients. In addition, Valentine has invaluable experience in due diligence reviews, special audits as well as other financial advisory work in respect of a wide variety of business sectors. His experience in audit and accountancy covers a wide range of clients in the SMEs, government, manufacturing as well as financial services sectors. 

Valentine is a qualified accountant and holds an MBA from ESAMI, a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, a postgraduate diploma in computer Science from Makerere University.

Dennis is a qualified Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA (Accounting & Finance) from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands, and Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University.
He is a member of Institute of Certified public accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK.

 Dennis has a considerable experience in accounting and audit, with seven years of professional working experience with ABACUS. He has worked with Private Sector, public sector, parastatals, NGOs and Intergovernmental organization within Eastern and Southern Africa covering Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Swaziland, Zambia, Lesotho, Angola and Zimbabwe. He has been involved in the audit in a wide range of clients both corporate and Aid and Development in Uganda. He has carried out assignments both as in-charge and team member. He has been involved in execution of various assignments in accordance with International Standards on auditing and IAS, carrying value for audit for donor funded projects. He heads the team of consultants in Financial Reporting in ABACUS. 

He is conversant with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)/International Accounting Standards (IASs), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) as well as International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
